1 house of 58 square meters, all furnished with 2 bedrooms with air conditioning (6 beds considering a double bed in the living room) bathroom with hot shower adjustable by pressure thanks to a special pump, glass shower, bidet and bathroom cabinet with mirror / light, living room kitchen, veranda with aluminum gate, double door glass entrance door and 5 glass windows (and not wood as used in these parts)
4 individual chalets (and not wall walls) 2 of 21 sqm (with 1 double bed) and 2 of 24 sqm (1 with double bed + 1 bunk bed, and (with 1 double bed + 1 single bed) all with minibar, 32 inch tv with brazil sky, wardrobe, mirror, bathroom with shower, hot shower, adjustable pressure thanks to a special pump, bidet and bathroom cabinet with mirror / light, glass entrance door (1 m wide) 2 windows always in glass,

In the project all the structures are designed to build another floor, so with the possibility of 6 more chalets, plus 2 other structures, 1 in front of the house and 1 in the side between the nursery and the chalets.

All surrounded by grass, nursery, plants with 20 coconut trees, 15 banana trees, 2 papayas, etc.
in short, recapitulating a paradise to change life in cold or too hot europe,
The temperature is practically fixed at max 30 degrees during the day and 24 at night for 365 days a year, only a short rainy season with the same temperatures in May / June, with more than 80% wind per year, ideal for those like me does windusurf or kite water sports, the sea water is warm.
I hypothesize the recovery of the investment in less than 10 years, almost unthinkable in Europe or in other countries of the world.
sorry if I have dwelt ... but I think it's worth it for those who were really interested in a radical change of life ... certainly less stressful.
